The Lammas Workshop An interactive aromatherapy workshop with Kirsty Wednesday 30th July 2025 | 6:30pm – 7:30pm Join me, Kirsty – a qualified aromatherapist, meditation teacher and nature enthusiast – for a nourishing summer evening honouring Lammas, the Pagan Sabbat that marks the first harvest. Lammas is a time of gratitude, gathering, and golden abundance, as we begin to reap what we’ve sown throughout the year. It invites us to pause, give thanks, and connect with the earth’s steady rhythm as the seasons begin their slow turn toward autumn. In this one-hour workshop, we will explore: • The meaning of Lammas and its place on the Wheel of the Year. • Plants, flowers, and essential oils traditionally associated with the early harvest season. • How these oils can support reflection, grounding, and inner nourishment. • Beautiful, simple ways to honour Lammas in your own life. This is a gentle, hands-on workshop, and you’ll receive a Lammas-themed aromatherapy gift box in advance, containing: • Mini bottles of seasonal essential oils to explore and enjoy. • Natural ingredients and tools to make your own harvest-inspired aromatherapy blend. • Samples from the Sage and Bellflower collection. • Easy-to-follow recipe cards for using your oils after the workshop. • A short, Lammas-inspired meditation to close the session with intention and warmth.
