The Litha Workshop Thursday 18th June 2026 | 6:45pm – 7:45pm Join me, Kirsty – a qualified aromatherapist, meditation teacher and nature enthusiast – for a magical summer evening exploring Litha, the Pagan Sabbat that marks the height of the sun’s power. Litha is a time of abundance, joy, and light, as the natural world reaches full bloom. It invites us to celebrate life, connect with nature, and soak up the sun's energy before the slow turning toward the darker half of the year. In this one-hour workshop, we will explore: • The meaning of Litha and its place on the Wheel of the Year. • Plants, flowers, and essential oils traditionally associated with the Summer Solstice. • How these oils can support emotional balance, vitality, and joy. • Beautiful, simple ways to honour Litha in your own life. This is a gentle, hands-on workshop, and you’ll receive a Litha-themed aromatherapy gift box in advance, containing: • Mini bottles of seasonal essential oils to explore and enjoy. • Natural ingredients and tools to make your own summery aromatherapy blend. • Samples from the Sage and Bellflower collection. • Easy-to-follow recipe cards for using your oils after the workshop. • A short, Litha inspired meditation to close the session with intention and warmth.
