An interactive online workshop with Kirsty Monday 21st September 2026 | 6:45pm – 7:45pm Join me for a cosy evening celebrating Mabon, the Autumn Equinox and the second harvest festival on the Wheel of the Year. As the days and nights return to balance, Mabon invites us to pause, reflect and give thanks for all that we've gathered throughout the year. It's a beautiful time to slow down, embrace the changing season, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature before we journey towards the darker months. Together we'll explore: 🌿 The meaning and folklore of Mabon and its place on the Wheel of the Year. 🌸 Seasonal plants, trees and essential oils associated with the autumn harvest. 🍊 How essential oils can support balance, grounding and gentle seasonal transition. 🍁 Simple rituals and mindful ways to celebrate Mabon in everyday life. A few weeks before the workshop, you'll receive a Mabon Gift Box through the post, containing everything you'll need to take part. Your gift box includes: • Mini bottles of seasonal essential oils, including Cedarwood, Mandarin, Tangerine and Fir Needle. • Hazelnut carrier oil to create your own seasonal pulse oil. • 15ml unscented moisturising cream to blend with your chosen essential oil. • A recipe card with blend ideas, diffuser recipes and simple seasonal rituals. • A foraging guide featuring berries and nuts traditionally gathered at harvest time. • A sample of my Mabon Balm, created to capture the warm, grounding scent of autumn. This workshop is perfect if you love nature, seasonal living, plants, folklore or simply want to enjoy a mindful evening inspired by the beauty of the autumn equinox.
