Beltane bath salts has been created to honour the wiccan and pagan festival of Beltane. The Epsom bath salts include ritual oils, with herbs and flowers associated with Beltane. The essential oils within the soaking salts will bring balance, calm, and make the perfect ritual bath.
 
The pagan festival of Beltane falls on 1st May and celebrates the coming of summer within the pagan Wheel of the Year calendar. Beltane also known as May Day is a fire festival and celebrates summer, love and the fertility this season brings.
 
Beltane bath salts embody abundance, growth, and prosperity. It is a connection to nature as we head into summer and enjoy the flowers and trees in full bloom. It’s a time to honour the May Queen!

Elemi is beautiful essential oil which helps to bring balance and support negative feelings. Its lemon scent is like sunshine on a gorgeous summer’s day, and it also just happens to be one of the best essential oils for the skin, by helping to improve elasticity.
 
Lavender has been included in this blend not only for its associations with summer, but because of it calming, sedative and skin friendly properties. Would summer be complete without the smell of lavender drifting in the breeze?
 
Ylang Ylang is known as the flowers of flowers, it is calming on the mind and its erotic, floral scent is also though to be an aphrodisiac, which make it the perfect essential oil to add to the Beltane ritual bath.
 
Apricot Kernel Oil is a rich, nourishing carrier oil suitable for all skin types.
 
Epsom Salts have traditionally been used as a natural remedy for many ailments and a must for any bath.
 
Himalayan Pink Salt is of the purest salts available and contains over 80 minerals. It is perfect for your relaxing bath.
 
Rose and lavender buds have been added to honour this beautiful festival.
 
Alongside the Beltane bath salts you’ll also receive a 100% cotton, eco-friendly and washable cotton muslin bag and a cute little wooden scoop. You can add the bath salts to your cotton bag, before placing in your bath. Let the beautiful oils and salts soak through the bag and retain the flowers inside or simply tip your baths salts straight into your bath to see your gorgeous flowers floating around you.

Directions of use: One 200 g packet can be used for 4 baths. Add to your bath and enjoy for a minimum of 20 minutes. Add the salts with your scoop to your cotton bag to retain the flowers or simply add the salts directly to your bath to see your flowers float. Use within 3 months.
 
Warning: Not to be used by pregnant women. Not to be used by children.  Always spot test first and avoid direct sunlight after use. Ylang Ylang can cause nausea or headaches if used frequently. May irritate hypersensitive people.
