In 2026, I’m excited to be bringing four new workshops to Sage and Bellflower, inspired by the four elements and the aromatherapy and rituals we can use to honour each one. For Spring, we begin with Earth, the first element and the one I feel most connected to as a green witch. The Earth Element Workshop is an interactive aromatherapy experience where we’ll explore the qualities of Earth and the essential oils and rituals that help us feel grounded, nourished, and connected to nature. Earth represents stability, growth, and rootedness. Spring is a time of renewal, and Earth invites us to slow down, nurture ourselves, and deepen our connection to the natural world. Join me, Kirsty, a qualified aromatherapist, on Thursday 19th February 2026 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for this one-hour workshop. During the session, you will discover: • How the element of Earth influences our well-being and seasonal practices • A selection of grounding essential oils, including patchouli, cumin, sage and black spruce • Simple rituals and aromatherapy techniques to feel supported and centred • Ideas for celebrating Earth in your own way this Spring Aromatherapy uses essential oils to capture the properties and scents of plants, trees, and flowers. Essential oils are, quite literally, plant magic. You will receive an aromatherapy gift box to use during the workshop, containing: • Mini bottles of essential oils to smell and explore • Items to create your very own aromatherapy product • A sample or two of some of Sage and Bellflower’s products • Recipe cards for making items using the mini essential oils By the end of the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of the Earth element and how aromatherapy and ritual can support your grounding, growth, and connection to nature.
