Imbolc Workshop
Step into spring with this wonderful workshop.
Service Description
The Imbolc Workshop is an interactive aromatherapy experience where we will explore the Pagan Sabbat of Imbolc, and the plants and essential oils associated with this beautiful festival. Imbolc marks the first day of spring within the Wheel of the Year. It is a time of change, purification, and hope, as nature begins to awaken from the depths of winter. Join me, Kirsty, a qualified aromatherapist, on Thursday 29th January 2026 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for this one-hour workshop. During the session, you will discover: • Information about Imbolc and the Wheel of the Year • Tree and plant essential oils associated with Imbolc • How these essential oils can support your well-being • Ideas for celebrating Imbolc in your own way Aromatherapy uses essential oils to capture the properties and scents of plants, trees, and flowers. Essential oils are, quite literally, plant magic. You will receive an aromatherapy gift box to use during the workshop, containing: • Mini bottles of essential oils to smell and explore • Items to create your very own gorgeous aromatherapy product • A sample or two of some of Sage and Bellflower’s products • Recipe cards for making items using the mini essential oils • A short meditation to end the session By the end of the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of Imbolc and how aromatherapy can support your well-being. They’re informal, full of lots of information, and often feel like a lovely, relaxed chat. This means sessions do sometimes run over slightly! You can get involved as little or as much as you like, and I can also record sessions for anyone who can’t attend or would like to join but finds it a bit too much in person. Love Kirsty x
