The Summer Aromatherapy Workshop
Discover the Plant Magic of Summer Flowers & Trees
Service Description
SUMMER AROMATHERAPY WORKSHOP Join Kirsty, a qualified aromatherapist and mindfulness teacher, for a calming, hands-on workshop inspired by the plants, flowers, and trees of summer. This seasonal workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with nature through scent, touch, and presence. Together we will explore how summer botanicals can gently support mental wellbeing, helping to encourage balance, clarity, and calm during the busier, brighter months of the year. Summer is a time of abundance and expansion in nature. Plants such as lavender, rose, chamomile, rosemary, and linden blossom are traditionally associated with soothing the nervous system, easing tension, supporting emotional balance, and lifting mood. Trees such as birch and pine carry grounding and cleansing qualities, helping us feel more anchored and refreshed. Through guided discussion and sensory exploration, you will discover the emotional and therapeutic qualities of seasonal essential oils and how they can be used in everyday life to support wellbeing. During the workshop you will: • Explore the plants, flowers, and trees of summer and their aromatic benefits • Learn how aromatherapy can support mental wellbeing and emotional balance • Discover simple, practical ways to use essential oils at home • Create your own aromatherapy product to take home Aromatherapy uses essential oils to capture the natural essence and therapeutic properties of plants, trees, and flowers. In many ways, it is plant medicine in its most fragrant form — connecting us back to the rhythms of nature and our own nervous system. All materials are included, along with a gentle guided experience and complimentary tea and coffee.
