The Yule Workshop Online Workshop 17th December 2025 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Join me, Kirsty – a qualified aromatherapist, meditation teacher and nature enthusiast – for a cosy, candlelit evening celebrating Yule, the Pagan Sabbat that honours the Winter Solstice and the returning light. Yule marks the longest night of the year – a deeply magical moment when the wheel pauses, the sun is reborn, and we’re invited to rest, reflect, and welcome the slow return of warmth and hope. This is a time of stillness, gentle renewal, and quiet beauty. A moment to honour the evergreens that stay vibrant through winter, to nourish your spirit, and to create comforting rituals that help you move into the colder months feeling supported and held. In this one-hour workshop, we will explore: • The meaning of Yule and its place on the Wheel of the Year • Plants, herbs, and essential oils traditionally linked with Yule, such as fir, orange, cinnamon, and frankincense • How these oils can support renewal, grounding, and the return of light within yourself • Simple, heart-warming ways to honour Yule in your own life This is a hands-on, soul-soothing workshop, and you’ll receive a Yule-themed aromatherapy gift box in advance, containing: • Mini bottles of uplifting and grounding essential oils such as fir, sweet orange, and cedar • All the materials to make your own Evergreen Talisman – using pine or fir, cinnamon, and red thread to craft a traditional symbol of protection, warmth, and returning light • A Recipe Card with step-by-step instructions for your creations, plus simple Yule practices and rituals • A mini bottle of Sage & Bellflower’s Yule essential oil blend – crafted to support comfort, renewal, and the slow turning toward the light Aromatherapy connects us to the spirit of the plants – their magic, their calm, and their ancient wisdom.
