Beat the Blues is a roll-on essential oil blend created to help uplift your spirits as the dark evenings set in. This uplifting blend is a warm hug in a bottle and created with essential oils which may help to alleviate some of the feeling of seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
Ingredients: Bergamot *FCF (Citrus bergamia), Frankincense, (Boswellia carterii), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), (Prunus armeniaca) Carrier Oil.
Bergamot *FCF essential oil is called the happy essential oil, due to its uplifting and mood enhancing actions. It is quite literally sunshine in a bottle.
Frankincense is another essential oil known to help lift your spirits. It’s fresh, woody aroma will enhance your mood.
Patchouli is a gorgeous grounding essential oil, which is known to help balance emotions and help with feelings of fatigue.
Ginger essential oil is another warming oil and is known as the oil of “Empowerment” as it evokes a feeling of strength and confidence. It is the perfect oil to add to this blend.

Directions of use: Carry this little bottle in your bag or keep on your desk to roll onto the pulse points on the neck, wrists and temples when you feel the need. Rub wrists together, inhale through your nose and take a moment to breath in the scent. This uplifting blend is a warm hug on a cold day.
