Directions of use: Shake well before use. Massage a small amount (a little goes a long way) into your abdomen slowly and in a clockwise motion. Alternatively add 5 drops of the Ostara to a bowl of warm water, add a clean flannel to the water and swirl it around. Squeeze out excess water and place the cloth on the abdomen to ease cramps. Use as and when needed.
