Yule pure essential oil blend has been created to honour the wiccan and pagan festival of Yule. Add the beautiful blend to your essential oil (EO) diffuser or oil burner to help you to feel invigorated, uplifted and bring with it a sense of warmth.
 
The pagan festival of Yule falls on 21st December. Yule is the shortest day of the  year and honours the return of the sun after the long winter nights. Traditionally a Yule log was burned for twelve days to encourage the sun to make the days longer.
 
Yule is the perfect time to rest just like many other creatures of the earth and search for inner peace. It is a joyous time in which we celebrate the sun’s return.
 
I have chosen three essential oils to represent Yule:
 
Cinnamon is a spice associated with Yule and a gorgeously uplifting essential oil. Its warming spicy note will help to uplift you during the colder months.
 
Clove bud is essential oil has a strong and comforting aroma. Just a touch of Clove Bud goes along way and will rejuvenate you as you breathe in its Yule fragrance.
 
What better way to celebrate the returning sun, then by using Sweet Orange essential oil with its cheery, warming and joyful smell!
 
Ingredients: Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata syn. Syzygium aromaticum), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)

Instructions: Add up to 8 drops of Yule to an aromatherapy diffuser or candle burner. Let the beautiful warming and calming aroma soothe your sense.
 
Warning: Do not apply undiluted or internally. Essential oils should not be vaporised or diffused continuously. I recommend diffusing oils for no more 20 minutes at any one time. Do not use in pregnancy, around babies or very young children. Avoid contact to mucus membranes i.e., around eyes, mouth, or intimate areas. Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight.
