Join me for a cosy evening celebrating National Honey Bee Day as we explore the fascinating folklore, traditions and stories that have surrounded honey bees & other bees for centuries. From the ancient custom of "telling the bees" to sacred honey, bee superstitions, and the hidden wisdom of the hive, we'll spend an evening discovering the magic and mystery of one of nature's most beloved creatures. We'll also take a moment to celebrate the vital role honey bees play in our world, exploring why these tiny pollinators have inspired such reverence, wonder and respect throughout history. No prior knowledge neededβjust come along with a cuppa or a glass of wine, get cosy, and enjoy an evening of folklore, storytelling and bee-inspired wonder β¨ I've kept bees for many years and have studied aromatherapy, herbal medicine, mindfulness and folklore.
