Diffuser Blends for Mental Health

There are lots of gorgeous ways to bring aromatherapy into your life, from massages, baths, to lighting a candle or using a diffuser.


Diffusers are a great way to use aromatherapy and essential oils at home. Below are several diffuser blends you can use depending on your mood or if you are trying to manage a particular mental health disorder:





Anxiety:

3 drops Bergamot

3 drops Lavender

2 drops Neroli


Depression:

3 drops Grapefruit

2 drops Lavender

2 drops Bergamot

1 drop Neroli


Grief:

3 drops Frankincense

1 drop Rose

2 drops Neroli


Insomnia:

2 drops chamomile (German and Roman)

3 drops of Mandarin

2 drops Neroli


Mental fatigue:

3 drops Peppermint

1 drop Rosemary

2 drops Lemon


Panic Attacks:

2 drops Frankincense

3 drops Sweet Orange

2 drops Lavender


PMT:

3 drops Geranium

3 drops Lavender

2 drops Neroli


Diffusers should not be used for any longer than 20 minutes at anyone time. They can be used every one hour, two hours and three hours.
