Manifesting with Aromatherapy

It has only been within the last couple of years that I have begun manifesting my dreams and desires. I kept hearing about the Law of Attraction, which at the time I took as some sort of sign and once I read all it, I was hooked and now it’s a big part of my life.

Several people have asked me, what manifestation is? In a nutshell, it is the practice of thinking aspirational thoughts, with the purpose of making them become real.

How does manifesting and aromatherapy work?

During my training as an aromatherapist I was aware of certain essential oils, such as Clary Sage (the essential oil for clarity) which I could use to enhance my experience of manifesting. After qualifying and further research, I discovered several more oils which are perfect for getting you in the manifesting mood.

Clary Sage: The essential oil for clarity. It helps you decide what you want, which makes it the perfect oil for manifesting.

Ginger: Is uplifting and warming. Its actions include, enhancing your energy and it’s spicy, fragrant aroma will help to promote a feeling of wellbeing. A great essential oil to help you to raise your vibrations and get you in the mood to manifest.

Jasmine: Is a beautiful essential oil, which brings with it a relaxing quality. Jasmine helps to balance your emotions and releases any emotional blockages.

Sweet Orange: It all about raising your vibration. It has a sweet, fruity smell, which instantly helps you to feel warm and happy.

Neroli: Is a gorgeous, floral essential oil and great for meditating. It helps to strengthen mental clarity and bring with it a sense of calmness and peace.

Frankincense: Is a grounding and calming essential oil. It is all about spiritual awareness and the go to oil for meditations.

Patchouli: This earthy, soothing essential oil, encourages you to connect with your inner spirit. It’s a beautiful oil to use in your manifesting rituals.

I created the Dreams & Desires Meditation Mist for people who want to manifest. The blend is made from Clary Sage, Patchouli, Sweet Orange and Frankincense essential oils. It is perfect when wanting to raise your vibrations, when using affirmations, to set your intentions and during your manifesting.

Other ways to use aromatherapy is by adding some of the essential oils listed above to a diffuser before you begin your manifesting. This helps all the beautiful oils work their plant power magic.

As well as using aromatherapy in my manifesting I also use other techniques too.

  • The first step for me is to write a list of what I want to become true and write is as if it has already happened, with as much detail as possible i.e. I have the most beautiful herb gardens, with herbs so perfect I use them for my aromatherapy practice and my herb garden is a haven for butterflies and bees.

  • I also put my list somewhere I can see it every day and I read it out loud.

  • I use daily affirmations to remind me of my goals. “I attract all that I desire.”

  • Visualisation is another great way to attract what you want. It also makes you feel happy imagining what you desire. This helps to keep your vibrations high.

  • The new moon is the perfect time to set your intentions and start manifesting what you want in your life.

  • Once you have asked for what you want, it is important you really believe the universe will give you want you desire. Once you really believe, you just need to wait to receive it. Trust in the timing of the universe.

.

I mentioned at the beginning of the post I only started manifesting recently, but many years ago when I was 19, I wrote about what my ideal life would look like. I wrote about living in the countryside, walking through the forest with my dog and sitting on an evening with a glass of wine in my country cottage. 18 years later my ideal life came true, and I get to live the life I wanted. Patience and trust in the universe are the key.

Manifesting works, you just need to ask, believe and you will receive.
